• Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, the office pod must be in its original condition and free from any damages or signs of wear and tear. Any modifications made to the pod may void the return eligibility.

• Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since the delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

• Return Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the 30-day return period. They will guide you through the process, and we will arrange for a free pickup of the office pod at a time convenient for you.

• Refund Processing: Once we collect and inspect the returned office pod for any damages or modifications, we will process your refund. The full purchase amount, including the delivery and installation charges, will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

• Exclusions: The following situations are not eligible for return:

  • Damaged or modified office pods.

  • Returns requested after the 30-day return period.

• Re-stocking Fee: In certain cases, a re-stocking fee may apply if the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts.

• Warranty: Our office pods come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. If you encounter any defects covered by the warranty, please refer to our warranty policy for the appropriate steps.

• Additional Assistance: If you have any questions or need further assistance regarding the return process, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team.

PodWorx Office Pod Manufacturer's Warranty

Coverage Duration: This warranty covers your PodWorx Office Pod for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

Coverage Details:

PodWorx warrants that your Office Pod will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance. During the warranty period, if a defect arises in the product and it is reported in accordance with the terms outlined below, PodWorx will repair or replace the defective part(s) or the entire unit, at its sole discretion.

Warranty Conditions:

• The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

• The warranty period starts from the date of purchase as indicated on the original sales receipt.

• The warranty is applicable only when the PodWorx Office Pod has been used in accordance with the provided instructions and guidelines.

• Any modifications or alterations to the Office Pod not authorized by PodWorx will void the warranty.

• Normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repairs are not covered under this warranty.

• The warranty does not cover any damage caused during transportation or installation by parties other than authorized PodWorx representatives.

• The warranty does not cover cosmetic changes that do not affect the functionality of the Office Pod.

• Any repairs or replacements carried out under this warranty will not extend the original warranty period.

Claim Process:

In the event of a warranty claim, the following steps should be followed:

• Contact PodWorx Customer Support at support@podworx.co.uk to report the issue and provide proof of purchase.

• PodWorx will assess the claim and, if necessary, arrange for inspection or collection of the defective unit or part(s).

• If the claim is approved, PodWorx will either repair or replace the defective part(s) or the entire unit, as deemed appropriate.

• The repaired or replacement product will be covered under the remaining warranty period of the original purchase.

Exclusions:

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by PodWorx for its Office Pods. All other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

PodWorx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Office Pod, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
